    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. In regard to the code with your bundle, if you purchased this from a retailer and the code was activated (but not on your account), then you would need to directly contact the retailer to receive
    a replacement code for the item. Sadly, we here on the forums do not have the tools necessary to directly assist with codes; however if you'd like, you may troubleshoot any messages you receive when attempting to redeem the code using our article Troubleshoot

    the error message     that appears when you try to redeem the prepaid code state that the code was already redeemed, or does it state that the code needs to be activated? Be sure to let us know the results!
