Eon Bundle on Wrong Profile

My son bought a new Xbox One S with the Eon Fornite bundle. He previously had an Xbox One. When we set up his original Xbox One, I created the MS account for him to use and it was his original profile. Later, we set up a separate MS account that became
his regular profile.

But, when he bought the new Xbox One S, we forgot which MS account was associated with which profile. He signed in using the original MS account on the new Xbox One S, and he used the digital key with the Fortnite card to access the Eon Bundle. It was
only then that we realized that we had used the wrong MS account/profile. Now, he can't access the Eon Bundle from his own profile. He can only access it from the original profile.

Can he delete the Eon Bundle from the original profile and then key in the access code again on his new profile? I'm afraid that won't work, because it would be perceived as trying to use the license on more than one user. If that won't work, can the original
profile "assign" the Eon Bundle to the new profile? If so, how?

Any other ideas?

We understand that you have an inquiry here in regards to the redemption of the Eon bundle for Fortnite to the wrong account on a new Xbox One console.

Only a support agent will be able to help with this. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

I got the Fortnite Eon Skin Bundle but, I never got the Xbox card which has the eon skin code please help me?

Hey Knightown,

Currently, the only way to obtain the Eon skin is to purchase the Xbox One S Fortnite Eon Bundle. It is not available as an individual purchase for current Xbox owners.
