Sorry that you're dealing with this problem concerning you gifting your friend.

If your friend did not receive anything and still has not, then I recommend that you yourself contact customer support directly.

They would be able to help you look into whether or not the order completed or if you were given a code without your knowing.

Get in contact with them and let us know how that helped with your issue resolution.
