    Entire system freezing when Netflix switches episodes


    Netflix locks up the system on Xbox 360 when advancing to next episode with "Auto Play" turned on or when selecting next episode or movie before allcredits have played. It always freezes at 1% and then I have to turn off my Xbox before to fix it.

    I am also having this issue - we have been having trouble with it for a long time actually. I can manually switch between episodes or movies but if autoplay is on I need to power down my entire system. SO FRUSTRATING.

    Oh the new netflix. . .

    I'm sure this has been posted before, but I would like to express my hatred for the new netflix system.

    It is the worst thing ever created. It's slow, clunky and can't choose episodes without loading an episode.

    Can we start a petition to bring the old netflix system back. It was fantastic.

    Same exact issue here, for months now. Freezes whole console at 1% when auto play changes episodes, and freezes console at 0% when selecting next episode! Pleaaaase Netflix, fix this!!

    My Xbox was working fine up until a required Netflix update two days ago. Ever since then, every time an episode ends and auto switches to the next one the entire xbox freezes on the loading screen of the episode. None of the buttons will do anyting on the
    controller, and I have to keep turning the console on and off to be able to keep watching Netflix. Anyone had this problem/know a fix? I've tried deleting all netflix files and uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling and it did nothing.

    Hello,

    I recently (within the past week) started having this exact problem with my xbox 360. Most (not all) of the time, the xbox freezes up when loading the second episode when Netflix is on auto-play. The freeze always happens at 1% loaded.

    Hopefully this is being resolved.
