ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL AUTO RENEWED FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS????

I recently finished my 2 year contract for the deal got it in Nov 2012 so it should have ended in Nov 2014. So i get a code redeemable for a free month try to enter it and get an error message. Meanwhile my subscription never ends. I log into my account
only to realize that the 9.99 i was being charged and thinking it was for a plain month to month that i could upgrade was somehow still classified under the entertainment for all package and that it started the contract over again so it says my subscription
expires in 2016. I called support and discussed the problem the tech could not cancel nor change the subscription and I cant cancel it either if I try it just loops back to the my account page. So the tech confirms my email and my phone number tells me that
he cant fix nor has he ever even seen this problem and that he was escalating the issue to Microsoft and even tho it may take awhile like 2 to 3 hours someone from Microsoft or Xbox would be contacting me back and that he would send me an email stating what
was going on. Not only have I not gotten an email or a call its been 4 or 5 days now. I am an avid Xboxer hate PlayStation with a passion and have been with u guys since 2007 under 2 different gamer tags SeanB1981 and my current . I in noway
want to get rid of my Xbox live service I simply want to change my payment plan to yearly not monthly and would like 2 be looked at as a real Xbox live gold player as where under this entertainment for all banner its almost like your almost a real member
but not fully. Can someone please help me I'm really frustrated at the moment.

Is there a monthly subscription for Xbox Live on Xbox One? How much is it?

You can buy a 12 month auto renewal for $60. Monthly auto renewal is $9.99.

Payments

Auto renewal added another year of Gold to my account, I did not know this, A few days after this I added a redeem code for 12 + 2 months to my account. Now I checked my account and the expiration date for my Gold is March 2014 which I don't want.

Is there anyway to cancel the Auto renewed year of Gold but keep the 12 + 2 months so I only have 1 year and 2 months of Gold instead of 2 years and 2 months?

Sorry but no one here can help.

As this is a billing issue you would need to phone support again as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

I am in exactly the same boat. I purchased a 12 month gold code on Amazon and I can't even redeem it because this stupid "entertainment for all" defaulted to another 2 years. Did not see this one coming.

Call xbox the tech you talk to wont be able to help you tell them to escalate the call in 1 to 3 days an escalation tech will contact you and fix it

Just purchased xbox series x with all access - if my current game pass subscritpion is automatically renewed each month - do i
need to turn off auto renewal or will it auto renew when the two years are up (you get 2 years of gamepass with all access).
