    My daughter purchased the Minecraft app and entered the wrong email address when setting up the account. She tried to click the "Fix it Now" option below the email, but the hyperlink didn't work. How can she fix this problem?

    Typically, this problem occurs if you entered the wrong Microsoft account (email address or password), or if there is an issue with your Microsoft account.

    Hi there,

    if you are able to sign in to the account on the console, you will be able to change it there, via the steps described here:

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-microsoft-account

    at the section "Can I switch my gamertag to a different Microsoft account? "

    This will let you keep all the stats etc, only the associated Microsoft account (email) will change
