Entered two redeem code for Xbox Live Gold and both won't work

Guys,

Bought today a Xbox One console and Titanfall. I first attempted to insert the 2-days free membership code that came with the game and it was accepted but didn't work. Then i've tried the 12-days code that came with the console and it won't work either!
What should i do!? Now the codes seems to be waisted and i can't play! So frustrating...

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

• Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
• In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
• You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
• Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!


2.

• From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
• If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
• If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

What Feature Would You Like To See?

This already can be done. Xbox.com, you can see whether or not the code is still valid and what it redeems before actually redeeming it.

Kind of sad how alot of these features are already available on steam. Microsoft needs to step its game up. It won't ever catch up but it can try.

No, i did not receive any error code and the code was right cause when i try to reinsert Xbox says it's already been used. Bottom line: code was inserted, recognized, but won't activate.

Wait, on titanfall a message was displayed. Looks like it couldn't verify multiplayer permissions. Asks me to check my internet connection, wich is fine...

I've called to Xbox one support and, as they've verified, my codes were unutilized. They did send me a new code instead and it is now working.
