Entered the product number and got an endless loading bar

I entered the product number of my control and the loading bar never stops. It takes so long my profile signs out. I am trying to fix it because it got stepped on and now the left thumbstick gives a lot of resistance when I move it.

continuously getting invalid product key when entered for the beta. 3 people have written this number down and entered it repetedly, no error just invalid key.

To make sure, have you had a chance to register your console before setting up a repair/replacement for your controller?

Also, keep in mind that the warranty does not cover accidental damage. If you stepped on the controller, unfortunately it would not be covered and purchasing a replacement would be your best option.

 

you could also look for someone in your area who does electronics repairs as replacing a joystick isn't too complicated and may be cheaper than buying a whole new controller.
