Entered the code for full game DL from the card in the NEW and SEALED box.

Hello all,

So I purchased a "Name Your Game" bundle through the approved vendors link from Xbox's own website. Bought it via Amazon and it came NEW and SEALED, as expected - rarely do I have issues with Amazon purchases. The issue lies with me using the Full Game DL
code from the card in the box - the code worked perfectly, and the actual DL redemption code was to be sent via email... It's been 7 days and still nothing. I spoke with tech support the evening I entered the code and was informed that it could take up to
7 days for the code to get to me.

Does anyone know if this is the typical turnaround time for these codes? Should I be calling tech support demanding a new code for a game that should access to DL but don't??

Xbox Live Gold code not valid

Hello! About a week ago I bought a new Xbox 360 console. I created a new profile and then from the card within the box I entered the code for Xbox Live Gold 1 month membership in the Redeem Code section but I received a message saying "The code is not valid".
Why? Please help me.

batman joker pack from tesco

I have just opened Batman Graphics great. Entered code for catwoman no problem. entered code for joker carnival challenge map. Xbox live informs me this code has been used????? Who used it as the box was sealed and untampered with? Am i being conned
from false marketing or is something wrong?

Any help would be useful as I cannot see anywhere to contact anyone - cant imagine tesco would take it back as receipt gone in bin and box now open grrrrrrrrrr

On the Name Your Game pages they have a contact form for when you don't receive a code. They also list some other advice such as checking junk and spam folders. You can find that all here:

Congratulations on your new console. Inside the box will be a card with a scratch off area that will have the code to enter so you can download the game. Check the box for the card.

A card with a downloadable game code should be in the box with the other Xbox One documentation. All digital games that come with console are like this. Was the Console open when you bought it? Or was it sealed. If opened by the retailer get in contact with
them. If it was still factory sealed give xbox support a call.

The Merchant is Microsoft. The code comes from an original, sealed game box.

The code that comes inside the collectors edition should not expire, to check if they do or not, I am redeeming mine now (I've saved them this long, it's mad!

OK, I had two codes with mine. one on a small piece of card, the other on a large folded piece of lighter card. The smaller card's code worked, this is the limited edition content. May I ask how you obtained your collectors edition? For instance was it pre-owned?
Or brand new and sealed?

If it was pre-owned then the previous owner has most likely already used the codes and not kept them in the box when they traded the game in. If the edition was brand new/sealed, then the code should be inside the game case.
