Hi, I was given a 12 month membership voucher for xbox live gold yesterday, and added the code straight away. I didnt try and access an online game so don't know if it worked right away. I have tried to access an online game today, and it is saying on every
game I try, my profile is not allowed on xbox live.

I have then tried to see if my account is subscribed to Xbox live, and it saying it isnt and I need to subscribe to a membership! When I try and use the voucher code I used yesterday, it tells me that the code has already been used....

I have tried to access the chat support, but the page wouldnt let me enter my first and last name, and so I couldn't proceed to the chat support. This is becoming more and more frustrating!

Please help

Just bought x box for my son, he got one month free gold membership with it, purchased 12 month gold membership in Sainsbury's this morning, he entered redeem code but its not showing up in account history or transaction history yet,

gold membership not showing up on xbox console

I had a xbox gold membership pre-paid card. I went to xbox.com and signed in. entered my code online and it shows up under my subscriptions as 12 months xbox live gold membership. When I sign into my xbox live account on my xbox it doesn't see the subscription.
Any ideas?

yes call the support line, they will be able to look up the code and verifiy if it was used and if it was redeemed on the correct account.

I have the same error when redeeming the 12 month gold membership code, on My Account page on Xbox live website.

I have tried from the console and website.

Error Message on Xbox 360 cosole: This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code.

I too have received the same thing but instead of a 12 month Live Gold which it states. The code says its for a 1 month Live Gold.

Hi, were you entering the code on the Xbox? I had a small problem where my 12 Months Live Gold code didn’t work when I tried to redeem it on the Xbox. I had to enter it online.
