If so, hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it completely powers off. Turn it back on and try again.

My xbox one keeps saying i dont have a gold membership but when i enter a trial gold code it says i do have gold and to give the code to someone who does not.??? help?

Hello I'm having a problem with my Xbox live gold. When I entered the code it said that it was for Xbox 360 and that it worked with backwards compatibility but it never gave the gold to me. This was the only place that made sense to put my problem at.

Wait so once ultimate expires it’ll go back to 3 months of gold or do i have re-enter the code? (sorry if i don’t get this stuff this situation is very new to me)

Go to
account.microsoft.com and check the "services & subscriptions". Does it have anything reflected under "Xbox Live Gold"
