    Entered Live code during outage - now its "already on file" and we can't sign in


    Hi. We entered the 25 digit code during the Live Core server issues yesterday and couldn't sign in. We tried entering the code again last night and this AM and we get a message that says the code is already on file, try again. How to resolve?

    Can't Sign In

    You see the following error code when you try to connect to Xbox Live or sign in on Xbox One, and the connection is timing out.

    This may mean that there's an Xbox Live service outage, or that you're experiencing a connection error.

    Error 0x87DD0019 | Sign In to Xbox Live on Xbox One

    Given that there is no outage right now try the troubleshooter on that link. If you haven't already, do a hard restart of the console first.

    Can't connect to XBOX live

    I was just online 3 hours ago, and now when I go to sign in it says "can't connect to Xbox live". I tested the connection and it connects to the Internet, but it can't connect to Live. I unplugged my router for 2 mins, started it back up and the same thing.
    I live in FL, so is there possibly an outage or update or something?

    Can't connect to xbox party from the companion

    Error Code [0x8923103D] Says, "We can't connect to Xbox Live right now - the service might be down" I went into settings to check my internet and there was no problem. the weird part is that I connect for about 4 or 5 seconds then I get the error
    code.

    As much as we all hate outages. You agree to the terms of service before you sign up to Xbox Live, which states no compensation when outages happen.

    Yes re the weapon camo only thing i can think of is its sometihng that we unlock during the game, i was expecting a code or soem sort for the camo.

    Have you managed to enter that founder code on the website yet ?

    Same for me. Entered code for minecraft. Accepted but then said 'problem is at our end, try waiting'. Now code is used and can't be entered again. No sign of minecraft anywhere. How will this get fixed Microsoft? Very disappointing
