Entered DLC codes online and the DLC isn't coming up on XBox One

Discus and support Entered DLC codes online and the DLC isn't coming up on XBox One in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So, I entered some DLC codes on the XBox website and they aren't showing up in my queue to be downloaded on my XBox One.     Entered DLC codes online and the DLC isn't coming up on XBox One


    So, I entered some DLC codes on the XBox website and they aren't showing up in my queue to be downloaded on my XBox One. It's been, probably, an hour since I entered them. Does it just take awhile for it to show up?

    so I bought freedom cry for assassins creed black flag when I was on 360 now I have Xbox one and bought the same game but dlc isn't coming up in download section!

    Entered the Online Pass code for Dragon Age 2, but Black Emporium still costs 800msp for me??

    The Dragon Age 2 Online Pass code is supposed to give me the Black Emporium DLC for free. I entered the code back in March (I think), but back then I hadn't started playing the game. Now that I started playing the game, I went to download the DLC, but it's
    showing up as not free (800msp) for me?

    I am using the same account to play the game as the one I entered the code with.

    I entered the code before its expiry date.

    The game is brand new (I am the first owner).

    I would like you to confirm that the code was indeed entered successfully. If needed, I can provide the code. If it was, then why is the DLC not free?

    Sorry to hear about the download issues! If you still haven't seen them pop up on the queue, could you try locating the DLC in the Xbox Store to see if it let's you install from there? Did you see any error codes pop up when you entered the codes?

    I should add that I mixed up what DLC actually is. DLC seems to be addons to game. So Forza Horizon 3 that comes bundled is actually delivered with a game download code, and the Hot Wheels expansion as DLC.

    Is it the same with the game download codes, that they are region free on Xbox One?

    Yeah,you'll most likely get most codes with the console,one for the game & one for the Hot Wheels dlc.

    As Germany & Sweden are both classed as being in the same region then the codes should work.

    Does DLC transfer from the X360 to the Xbox One?

    DLC won't transfer, anything that's for the Xbox 360 is exclusively for the Xbox 360. The Xbox One version of the game will come with it's own separate preorder code for China Rising DLC.
