    Entered code on Xbox.com, won't queue for download on console


    I redeemed my code but now it won't show up anywhere and it hasn't queued to download, how do I resolve this?

    yes im 20 and i entered the code on xbox.com and it said for the premium elite account and there was no download queue

    Ok, if you entered the code on xbox.com then head over to your console and press the Guide button then scroll left. Choose Active Downloads and you'll be able to see the game waiting in your queue.

    On Xbox One, go to My Games and Apps.Then go to the Games and if you keep on going to the right, past all the game tiles, you should see a section that says Ready to install. Find the beta and install it. Just wait until it says Ready to Play or else the
    download will be corrupt

    Do NOT launch the game when it says "Ready to play" but wait until the download has completed. Otherwise the installation may become corrupted.
