Entered code for game but nothing was downloaded

    Entered code for game but nothing was downloaded


    I bought the xbox one with Madden 15. I went to the games tab and entered my code that came on the back of the Madden 15 card. The code was accepted. When I go to see my content, there is nothing there, and there is nothing that asks me if I would like
    to download the content. I tried reentering the code but it says that it has been used.

    How do I get Madden 15 to download? My network connection is fine and connected to the xbox one, and there are no system updates needed. Any help would be appreciated.

    Assassins creed one year anniversary never downloaded

    Hi I got the code to download assassins creed for one year anniversary I entered the code it worked but the game never downloaded and it's not waiting to.anyone help.

    Code not valid

    I entered my code... It said it downloaded, but nothing is there. Now my code is invalid, and I can't download again. How do I get it to download again - it's not even listed in my download history...

    Did you check your download history you can queue it

    If your account region doesn't match your actual region you May have issues downloading it though

    There is nothing in my download history or my queue. My account region is the same as my actual region. Still don't know what happened or what to do.

    Did you check your download history you can queue it

    If your account region doesn't match your actual region you May have issues downloading it though

    Received code this morning. Entered code. Confirmed code was for the beta, now nothing. No option to download or how to even get into the game. Not happy!!
