Enter passkey on Xbox One Using smartglass

Ight so I want to sign in my Live account on my Xbox One using the Xbox One Smartglass. I have gotten to the point where I need to put in my passkey. I have put in the first three buttons and to go to put in the next only to realize I need a a LT. The smartglass
doesn't have that. Then I see that number 5 is for LT, so I hit it only nothing goes in. OK some maybe if i go to the Cable/TV remote on smartglass I can use those numbers or the rewind button on there sense that's also suppose to be the the LT, but neither
of those work either. SOOOOO.... I don't know what to do. I mean you'd think that if you could use the app to put in the other buttons there'd be a way to do the LT,RT,RB, or the LB keys somehow. So is this just a fluke? Am I missing something? Is the smartglass
missing something? I would honestly like to know why I can do all but that one little thing.

trying to buy something on fortnight and it is asking for a 6 digit pass key...I never set one up

try this.

When you are prompted to enter your passkey on the console, enter any six-digit combination three times.

After you enter a passkey three times, Xbox One will prompt you to enter your Microsoft account password. Type your password.

Select Make a new passkey.

Enter a new passkey, and then enter it again to confirm.

if you don't know your password you'll have to reset that as well.

HI, I cannot remember my passkey for my xbox one S. I read on the internet to just enter any wrong passkey 3 times and xbox one s will prompt me to change my passkey. Well that's what I did except Xbox one s did nothing. Will not let me enter sign-in, security
& passkey nor will it let access remove accounts!!. This is very frustrating since all I would like to do is change my passkey so I can purchase a game and continue to play with my xbox one S. I don't know if I have to wait 24hrs to try again but this is pissing
me off. Do I have wait and how can I change my passkey if I do not remember it please!!!!.

Enter a new passkey, and then enter it again to confirm.

You now have a new passkey.

reset your passkey by inputting the passkey incorrectly 3 times and you will be prompted to reset your passkey using your account password.

You can create a passkey:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Account.
Select Sign-in, security & passkey.
Select Create my passkey.
Enter a 6-digit passkey, and then re-enter the passkey to confirm.

Your passkey has now been set.
