    enter my password but dont let me in


    asking for another email or number phone. i dont have phone and i dont want to create another email (the one i will forget) to enter MY EMAIL , stop doing this enter my password but dont let me in :mad: is very frustrating everytime i need an e mail i need to create a new one because of this. if not remove paswords and create a working way to get access to your accounts.

    i dont think i ever did an outlook email , but i tried every possible combination and i dont have an outlook mail that leads me to enter my password , every combination ends up in non existing microsoft account . thanks for letting me know about this possibility

    thank you. every time i login i enter my password and it lets me switch. now when i enter the password it says that the account needs fixed and to go here to fix it. thank you for helping me.

    Xbox One CBS All Access - Something Went Wrong

    Turned out to be from changing my password. Too bad the app did not let me re-enter my new password. I changed my password back and it works again. CBS was not helpful at all they just kept telling me to uninstall and reinstall.

    Yes, I just tried it and no change in behavior. After entering my email, pressing enter it throws the error. I dont get the option to enter a password.
