"Enrollpending"

I registered the for the preview dashboard over a month and the status is still enroll pending, another problem is I can't join the preview dash forum, I get a group not found message.

Not able to view preview forums

My console is in enrollpending status, can I access the forum yet, or do I have to wait till its enrolled?

 

The reason it says pending is because you haven't been fully accepted yet, you're basically in between having joined the preview program and not having joined it. Once you've been fully accepted (by the staff in control of that) you'll have access to the
preview forums and everything in the preview program itself.

 

Oh is that what pending means, thanks for the info. The thing is I can't leave the program until I get accepted, which is a problem.

 

Why is it a problem that you've been invited to the program? As long as it's pending you shouldn't receive preview updates

 

Because once your able to see the preview information it means you are on a preview update, and I want too get off the preview update, especially if I'm not getting anything from the preview update.

 

You will get it once you get fully accepted it just takes some time

 

In the meantime, my game freezes every time I try to use the dashboard menus ("reported" that over a month ago with the report feature), my Hames won't start properly, the turn off options won't come up properly, I can't use the turn off functiona once it
comes up, there'a a bit more problems than that and I'm sure I've been on this pending for 2months.

 

I understand the program was made too find errors but I didn't expect it too be in pre-alpha phase, I'm still a consumer not a beta tester.

 

Have you tried basic troubleshooting like powercycling or redownloading your profile ?

 

of course. Can you explain why I can't just leave the program and get normal updates, this update is the reason why my controllers rb button stopped working, I'm starting to get artifacts during gameplay and other things and no my Xbox is not on too long
for overheating. It's been 2 months if I haven't gotten it by now I'm probably not going to get it at all.
