    Enrollment into Preview Program, says already registered!


    I am trying to get the console streaming to work with my xbox. I have the Insider Hub installed on my Xbox and the game streaming app installed on my phone.

    When I start the app, it says to join the Xbox Insider Program. So I go back to the app and it shows I have a Preview OS installed and ready to go. I attempted to change my ring from Omega to Delta, but it says that "Already Registered. To make changes, sign in with the same account that signed up for this preview on this device." I tried removing the device in the manage devices settings, which reset me back to an official firmware. Went back into the app to re-enroll in a ring, and I get the same message. When I go to manage devices, the Xbox no longer shows up in that listing.

    I bought the Xbox used from someone on Facebook marketplace so I would have no access to the profile that would have originally had the Preview OS installed.

    What do I do next? I want to get enrolled with my profile so I can ultimately get the console streaming app to work.

    Hi Profesor L.

    To clarify are you referring to registering to the Preview Program or registering your console on the Online Service Center? If you're referring to the Preview Program it sounds like another account on your console has been enrolled and accepted the Preview
    Program on your console. Did you purchase your console new or used?

    Yes but I cant get on to the preview program app i load the app it says sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account.

    Each console has to be enrolled in order to be in the preview program. You should have the preview dashboard app downloaded on each console in order to enroll it.
