    Enrolled in Solitaire by accident


    I somehow got enrolled in Microsoft Solitaire Collection by mistake. I understand there is a free period, but I don't want to be billed. How am I to cancel this free period and my subscription? Thanks for your help. Tom

    You would have to call support to see if they could just re-issue the time left, but I don't think they can do that. You'll probably have to purchase a new subscription.

    You will just have to wait until it is accepted. No one in the forums has any information on if/when an enrollment will be accepted.

    Xbox PreView Program

    If you are referring to the insider program simply go to the enrolled xbox and open the Insider app

    Scroll to the right and it should tell you what program you are in such as Omega, Delta, Beta or Alpha



    Press A on the words you are currently enrolled in ...

    Go to manage

    At the bottom it should say which ones you are now eligible to enroll and at the very bottom un-enroll
