Enrolled in Insider but Xbox PC App (Preview) not installing

Discus and support Enrolled in Insider but Xbox PC App (Preview) not installing in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I've enrolled in the preview via the Insider app, waited the 24 hours, but the update doesn't show up.     Enrolled in Insider but Xbox PC App (Preview) not installing


    I've enrolled in the preview via the Insider app, waited the 24 hours, but the update doesn't show up. I'm in one of the "22 regions" (New Zealand) which support the insider programme, so I'm not sure what I've done wrong... Have tried resetting Insider app, Store app, and Xbox app to no avail. The "Go to store" button also doesn't appear in the Insider app - just 'Manage.'

    I'm running Windows 11 insider also - perhaps this is the issue? Anyone got any hints or clues as to why I can't get the preview app to install?

    just to be sure, have you installed Xbox Insider Hub app and enrolled and installed MCC Insider Program via that on the PC?

    You download the Xbox Insider app on your Xbox One then you open the app and look for a enrollment option for The Insider and the Xbox Update Preview.

    Is your console pre owned? If it is it may well be still enrolled in the insider preview. Try downloading the Xbox Insider app and seeing if you can remove it.

    When does the xbox one x get the avatar editor update?

    Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

    Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.
