    Enroll pending> please help!


    At the time I'm posting this it is 6-23-15. I downloaded the Xbox preview dashboard app two days ago. I put in mass effect and nothing happened. I checked console registration and it says status: enrollpending. Under action it says pending as well. Does
    this mean I am not in the program? If not when will I be able to join? Somebody please help and thanks in advanced.

    OS build: 6.2.12998.0

    I accidentally un enrolled from the preview program!

    A support member told me to post this here. I accidentally un enrolled from the preview program trying to un-enroll from the NXBE (New Xbox One Experience) and need to be re invited to the preview program or if I can cancel the pending un enroll that would
    be even better! Please help!

    Hi,

    sounds like your console is currently being added to the program (you must have had a message from the team in the first place to get the app).

    You just have to wait! More info is available in the
    FAQ

    Yeah, the enrollment is taking a bit for myself too - we just have to be patient. Once that enrollment is complete, we'll be able to update to the preview build OS.
