    Enrol console onto Preview member? [Confusing question]


    I got invited to the Preview Program the other month and I never received an invite. I have just contacted live support to escalate my gamer tag to the correct department. They then went ahead and told me that I have already accepted the Preview Program
    agreement and just need to enrol my console.

    The issue is, I never received any invite and I have certainly not agreed to the Program; where should I go from here?`

    I never even received a message with the link to download the app. But according to support, I have already agreed the terms etc.

    How to enrol my console onto the Preview Program [Confusing]

    You should of received a Preview Program tile (picture with a key in it, blue tile). Select the tile and go to the right where it says enrol console.... select to enrol your console and then wait for approval.

    -

    MS usually will message you that you can apply for the invite, and provide all steps required. Sounds like you may be missing a step somewhere.

    If you were invited and accepted you should go to my games and apps section of your one. Under the app section there might be a tab titled xbox one preview registration. There might also be an xbox preview dashboard. If those are not there my guess is you
    are not yet accepted into the preview program. Let me know if this helped.
