    I'm sick and tired of the way the enforcement team is set up. It its only a matter of time before someone takes legal action on them. Many people have paid for digital copies of games where they find out when they are banned. All their games they paid for
    are unplayable. Its theft and illegal. Digital copies can only be played online. If people pay for a product and it has solo features in it, they have no right to stop alltogether them being playable. They should be playable offline.

    The same goes for bans for which they dont know all the facts. I got 1 week communication ban for saying the lag was bad in F13. Its been getting worse and worse as the developers of that game have been neglecting their customers. There is a lawsuit against
    them and the game is suffering because of it and the customers. Their partners includind Sean.S.Chunningham lost their lawsuit.

    Of course xbox enforcement dont know this, they just listen to shallow reports people make. Also any xbox or mircosoft employee should take responsability in working for a company that behaves this way. Major news networks across the world have reported
    this shady behavior.

    No I will not go the enforcement websit, its useless. Its just designed to make people buy all their games again so the company makes more money. My question is, are microsoft employees going take responsability to do something about this?

    I will expect a bias manipulation or edit to hide this discussion.

    I was banned for an xbox live mesaage, not in game communication. The enforcement team know nothing about the game.

    They are rogue, im not talking to them. Im waiting untill someone crazy gets offended by their misspractice and does something in real life they likely not see coming to them. I will just say, justice served.

    No one banned you just for talking about lag, odds are someone reported you for profanity. And the terms of service specifically state certain behaviors will lead to a ban or permanent suspension. Good luck.

    Im not checking their website out, the word in the whole xbox community knows of their reputation. Theres youtube videos on it. I have lost no content, im sticking up for others who have lost their content. The truth is that the customers are going to eventually
    boycott xbox alltogether and just go to some other company. One that actually treats their customers with dignity.
