Enjoying the beta, but...

Jumped into the beta tonight and had loads of fun with Hardline, hotwire is awesome

My only concern is i can't see why this is being released as a full game, it's blatantly a BF4 re-skin. It has massive potential, but as an awesome dlc not a stand alone title...

What do you guys think? you enjoying the beta?

Geez, what a letdown

I am really enjoying the beta, its got more than its fare share of glitches but its an excellent game. Really enjoying the battlefield 2 style of classes.

 

Vermintide 2 Beta?

Ive seen some players already enjoying the Vermintide 2 beta. I've registered online for the beta, but havent received any word. Anyone know how to get access to this beta?

 

It's not letting me try it out. I get the never ending intro or loading screen, that's about it. At times I can get to make changes in the option screen, but that's about it.

I hope it's not because I keep skipping the Origin email thing. I *** that Origin thing up probably a decade ago and it's been an uphill battle to play nearly any EA game since. I may create yet another fake email account, but I may not, I don't think the
game will be worth the effort. EA really needs to get rid of Origin imo, it's just stupid and not needed.

Other then that, your comments about the beta don't really surprise me.

 

if it has enough content when its released why would you think its not a full game!. new maps game modes and vehicles equals new game to me! I like the beta! (just my opinion)

 

Origin is just more hoops for you to jump through ....."customer service" is an alien concept to EA or Origin .... the extra step of registering at Origin is simply extraneous as I see no benefit, and when Origin gets "funny" like it did on me a few weeks
back, you can't play BF even though XBL is working fine

 

A re-skin? DuH, BF (and CoD and Halo) have all been re-skins for many many many years. Nothing new in the video game world lately. I did enjoy Titanfall a bit though.

 

This game could have EASILY been an add-on to BF4. As it is the hit detection sucks, the guns suck, the amount of camping sucks and it feels like a cheap *** arcade. Titanfall is WAY better!

 

The other thing I LOVE about this game is how OVERPOWERED the aircraft are because there are NO anti-aircraft weapons like in previous games. Okay, let's give the cops armored vehicles but NOT give anybody any weapons to balance it out. Sounds legit

 

With previous releases of BF (don't play much COD and Halo is perfect as is) you could at least tell slight improvements, but to create Hardline from BF4 all they seem to have done is remove features if anything...

 

I do not feel that it is a re-skin, the heist mode, weapons ect. feel very new and unique. The only thing I cant get over is how crappy it looks. The dust storm on Gulf of Oman is amazing, the dust storm on this looked like they smeared vaseline on my tv.
Beta graphics are a representation of the final product, so this will not change.

 

there are anti aircraft and anti vehicle weapons all over the map! look around!

 

Got to play it this weekend and I'll pass. This game will find its niche crowd and I wish it all the success, but it's just not for me.

 

Next CoD is suppossed to be released by Treyarch and I think its gonna be WWII. I believe its being called W@W II(World at War II). Plus the zombies should return and be epic. Time will tell. I am kinda looking forward to the next Titanfall. I didnt get
any DLC with the first one, but I think I will this time around.
