English language for downloaded games in Germany

Hi,

I live in Germany, but I cannot seem to set my Xbox one settings to English. If I change the language to English, then Germany is no longer an option for location. Germany seems to be only available in German language. How can I set my xbox to English despite
my location, and how can I download games in English?

Language setting

I leave at Germany, and downloaded Fallout 3 using GamePass code that cames with my xbox. When the game was installed, "Language" and "Language Region" were set to English. "Location" was set to Germany. The game runs in Germany, but I want to play in
English. Even changing the "Location" to USA, the game is stucked in Germany. Seems like "games from Germany Game Pass are in Germany and can't change". If I can't play a game in English, German's gamepass is a useless service to me. Good to see this testing
the service before putting good money on it.

The same question from me: how to change xbox interface language to English, without changing location?

 

You would have to change your region to UK. Set to Germany it does not work.

 

I have the same problem. Is there a fix going to be released for that?

 

I could change the region, but then I cannot use my credit card, as the billing info has to correlate to the region settings

This is very frustrating. Can someone help here?

 

It looks like Microsoft support doesn't work at all: question has been raised almost a month ago and still no answer!

same here. i put my system on uk location and i am not buying anything till it is possible to change this. how hard can it be to change a few connections from the location to language? pretty please..!
