English Language configuration for an Xbox acquired in Poland

Problem 1): It seems there is a conflict in the system of the Xbox ONE when trying to use different languages: I recently acquired an Xbox One via Orange in Poland. As part of the package, I got 2 XBOX LIVE GOLD vouchers (3 months). I configured the Xbox
to use English Language and Region: Poland. Then I tried to activate one voucher but the registration process failed several times. I just stop trying. Can I use XBOX LIVE GOLD passes purchased in Poland or not?

Problem 2): In the payment settings, there is an option to use my mobile provider (ORANGE) as a payment method. As part of the configuration, I should introduce a code that should come to me via SMS. However, despite trying several times, the code never
arrived to my mobile. Any idea of why it doesn't work?

Final question: Could I download games and apps from either the UK and Polish stores for both my XBOX ONE and Windows 10 PC?

i live in the UK but mi from Poland in my dashboard i have half in Polish and English but my settings are location-UK

and language- English .. plz help.
