Engenius: Xbox One Suspended

I forgot that I am using a different router now. Engenius ESR7750 firmware 1.1.3

DMZ disabled

Port forwarding disabled.

i have tried the repower, even disconnect, uninstall games

i live in wisconsin, marengo

only one xbox i have

i have a engenius router

internet is fine

underneath the current internet settings it will say nat type but it doesnt say anything

its just really weird and it makes me scared

I see, do you still have the 655 as that certainty supports multiple Xboxes with the correct firmware, I'm not sure your Engenius will.

So it says it can connect to your network and to the internet but not live? What is no other Xboxes are connected at the same time, same issue?

I've been using the Engenius for about 1 year now with no issues with multiple Xbox machines. It was working fine until last night.

Well, I just tried it again and it is working ok now (I currently have 2 other Xbox 360 machines connected to Xbox live, too).

I think we're getting closer to verifying the culprit of this lag, so I've got a few more things for you to try. You say you have an Engenius router connected to the UBEE router, which is acting as a modem. Is that correct? And you've tried a wired connection
to each one?

If that's the case, and if you're able, see if you can pick up a different modem. Again, maybe a friend or relative can help out here if they have a spare.

• Try a direct wired connection to the modem with your console and play a game as you normally would.
  
• If there is still lag with the new/borrowed modem, then it may be best to get in touch with your ISP.
  
• If the lag disappears, then it means that the issue is happening within one of your routers.
  
• Connect your Engenius router to the new/borrowed modem, connect through that, and play.
  
• Disconnect the Engenius router and connect your UBEE router to the new/borrowed modem. Connect console and play.
  

By testing these different scenarios, we can see how different network hardware setups will behave on your connection. Thanks to the tests you did at your friend's place, we can already rule out your console and the particular UBEE router model. These tests
will help us figure out whether one of your network devices has a fault, or if the issue lies within your ISP's grasp.
