    My son plays fortnite most days and last night I received an email saying he had an enforcement banning him from talking/messaging friends until Saturday. Turns out it was his school bully that made false accusations which has got him banned.it is not
    letting me lift the ban which I feel is unfair as it was done through malicious intent. Does anybody know how yo get it lifted? Why does x box take someone's word for it without proof? Seems unfair to me , thanks

    My son hasn't played on the x box ( or spoke to him, or messaged him) for about 2 weeks so I don't see how my son can have said something to him? I'm not one of those mum's that thinks my child is perfect and if he genuinely had dine something wrong,
    then fine he deserves the ban, in this case it's false an x malicious, how can I find out exactly what my son said or did? I've looked at his messages, nothing looks dodgy there
    Every report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.This takes time so your son could of been suspended for something he did weeks or even months ago.

    If it was a message that got him suspended then your son could of deleted it or it could of been something said in chat or in a party.

    As the enforcement team don't use the forums emforcement.com is your only place to go for any info on your sons suspension.

    In response to your concern, the community continues to grow the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team remains committed to preserving and promoting a safe, secure and enjoyable experience for all of our members across every device. As our Ambassadors
    have stated, you must go to through the Enforcement websiteto resolve this.
    If your son was suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.The report need not be very recent as Enforcement can go back to look at anything that has been reported
    within the last year. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

    If your son is dealing with a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. If any response is sent after blocking, then this opens up the dialogue once again & they are unblocked. (Enforcement
    does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code of Conductonly.)

    Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or

    if the ban is for longer than 24 hours you can file a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ (you might need to get your son to sign in there as the action is on his account)
