    hi,

    I wish to find a way to contact Xbox live enforment team due to my ban being unreasonable.

    I have spoken to the Xbox team through chat and they are unable to do anything to help me in my situation I have also contacted odr to try and get this resolved!,

    I got back from my holiday 2 days ago I was playing online with my friends they had a break I went into a game solo my team mate kept killing me for no reason at all after the third time I reported him yet he still continued and didn't stop so I got frustrated
    and sent hi man a message saying you are a idiot (which ain't really abusive)

    Then I got communication banned I tried to dispute it fair enough continued playing solo as my team don't wanna play with someone without a mic,

    Yesterday I can back online I was unable to play any games I go to check my enforment ma again I have got another one the till 11th of June so I contacted support they ran me through a couple of things and told me I have got 2 account suspensions and 1
    console suspension for 1 message I have been away the last 2 weeks, I think this system needs to be resolved, on the Xbox 360 days I was never banned and played for years since xbox one I had avenge been suspended 10X and I never get throughout to someone
    who can make me understand.

    1: how comes I'm 21 years old playing 18+ games that swear and if I swear I get a ban you telling me that if you loose a sports bet you wouldn't swear if you banged your foot u wouldn't swear if you lost the last game you played for hours to level up you
    wouldn't swear or if in my case you are trying to play and the same person on your team betraying you, you wouldn't swear!?

    I wish to also know why I have been console banned cause I setup a new account with gold and still I cannot play online!

    Please someone help me get in contact.

    If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

    - If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

    My account was banned without any reason

    Hello, first i'm french so my english isn't perfect. Yesterday my account was banned from the xbox live for "unfair action" but i don't understand this ban. I never made a bad or unfair action. In other side, when the ban started, i was in a game with my
    friends so i could not be "unfair" with others.

    While games themselves are rated M, everything on Live must be rated E for everyone.

    Indeed, the enforement team dosen't talk, they take action. File a report, Block, Avoid and move on. GOOD LUCK!!!

    Confusion over enforement action

    well two things first

    It isn't nessessarily had happened that day

    That's a misconception

    One the report would be days or a couples weeks before

    It is reviewed by multiple pet teams before they issue the ban

    There is no such thing as a instant ban

    If it's only a 24hour ban there is no case review for it if first offence

    As it would take up to 48hours before they respond to yoi

    Under enforcement.xbox.com on his account it would be listed on his enforcement tab how long it is

    Try to contact Microsoft support online chat.
    Unfortunately, Xbox Live Support can do nothing about enforcement actions, other than say there is or isn't one. The sole option is a case review, if the user is eligible for one. If not, it is not subject to review or appeal.
