How is it that I am suspended for sharing licenses with my brother, if we are from the same house and have been doing so for YEARS?! All the sudden the other day I no longer have his licenses, because you guys can for some reason reset his licenses to his
Xbox? Then when I finally transfer them back so we can play together I get suspended...from chat?! First off, if someone was stealing other peoples licenses how does suppressing them stop that? Shouldn't they be suspended from playing games so they cant use
those licenses? Then you make me fill out a questionnaire to even have the ability to try and appeal, in which I answered my last question, a trick question, wrong. Now I have to wait a day to begin my review, which I imagine isn't a short process. Then to
top this charming experience off enforcement has absolutely no contact information. How do you have a team devoted to protecting your community that is completely disconnected from that community?! I'm outraged at how empowered the enforcement team has become.
You cant play a game now without someone threatening to report you saying "enjoy your ban", but the best part of it all is they're usually the antagonist....

I totally agree! The banning/suspension process is out of control and the whole reason I will NEVER buy more than a month of gold at a time or any online content. Their system is flawed. Yes protect players, yes punish those who break the rules but EDUCATE!
Tell players what they actually did wrong not just a generic photocopy response. If you've taken the time like you say to check details then to disclose them is even easier. I don't know of and can't find ANY evidence of any suspension or ban EVER being overturned.
If your going to suspend someone or even worse ban them and stealing all their content (stealing because you provide zero compensation) then they deserve to know the facts. Even convicts get a fair trial.

I think it's fine to change the way used games are handled. My problem is that if I miss an AT&T bill, I can't even play anything that I own until I get the issue worked out. It may not happen often if ever, but when it did I would be pissed.

Unfortunately Sony has left the used games and DRM decisions to the publishers. This is worse than the Xbox one and here is how.

Xbox One has a guideline set for used games and drm, so publishers will follow that guideline.

Sony is worse by a little bit. Although their system doesn't impose any restrictions on you, and you can play games, and trade it, the publishers can actually stop you from doing that. Example:

Sony was smart to say the console has nothing like Xbox so that they leave publishers to do whatever they want, meaning impose whatever drm or used game block you want just make games on the system, and you'll take the blame not us. For everyone wondering
what to get wait till you know the truth, because you have publishers who might very well spring a nasty surprise on ps4 owners.

Why would microsoft do something like this and hand over the victory to Sony there is something fishy, victories don't come that easy, because if it does, then something is wrong.
