    First every report that is made is reviewed by an actual enforcement agent

    Second its simple follow the code of conduct that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for the service and you will not have to worry about being suspended.

    They only place to contact the enforcement team is via
    enforcement.xbox.com    . Log in there to view your ban and file a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.You would need to log in to the enforcement site
    HERE to see details about your suspension & file for a case review if eligible.

    PlayStation has similar rules in place.

    Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account.
    Also, we ask that everyone follow the
    Xbox Forum Guidelines     when posting. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a
    case review    . The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps Adam!
