The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Any information about his ban would be listed at http://enforcement.xbox.com

Investigations can take time, so bans are not always issued the same day the action took place. So even though the ban was issued while he was in bed, it could be for actions that took place days or weeks before.

Thankyou for clearing this up. Still say it's unfair because it's not made clear what he has supposed to have done.

It's just how they've always worked. With a case review it means they've already investigated the issue twice (the first time being the initial ban) and they still determined something was done to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. So they don't
allow a third investigation.

Why is this. The email he received and the enforcement was very vague and didn't say what ban was. We only found out when the decision was upheld what it was for
