They only place to contact the enforcement team is via
enforcement.xbox.com. Log in there to view your ban and file a case review if eligible.

Internet Expert

Daft Badger

The enforcement team don't use the forums.You would need to log in to the enforcement site
HERE to see details about your suspension & file for a case review if eligible.

PlayStation has similar rules in place.
