    I was recently banned forever on an account, then I did a case review and, it got upheld, then 2 days later my friend said most of my bans were him trolling me to get me banned for fun, which isnt fair, please help me.

    My friend hacked my account and asked for a case review and put some very bad things in the text and changed my password and i have been banned for something that i didnt do. i would like to have this banned lifted because i havent done anything wrong. i

    If you suspect your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Then you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. Anyone can file a complaint on your for any reason, but the enforcement team won't take action unless they determine you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms
    of use. So it doesn't necessarily matter why your friend was filing the complaints.

    dude I'm deep in got some connects in NY working with Microsoft its not a bunch of people just a computer using word specific tracking algorithms then counts how many time u do it and gives judgement then and there

    Get good friends. And NEVER give your account/personal info to anyone, unless they're your parents or your best friends who you've met personally, not just online or social media. Also avoid swearing in public lobbies or to randoms. Microsoft servers keep
    track of everything you say and write on XBL. If they inspect that info in a complaint against you and find it to be true, depending on how bad it is, it could land you in trouble. You don't need scripts to read off and write off, on XBL. Exercise a good conscience
    since a good conscience is what most of the code of conduct, is based off on.

    Was it your account that got banned? Or your account AND console, that was banned.

    If just your account, start fresh. You only have a low Gamerscore. "Bad associations spoil useful habits".

    That's weird, because pretty much everything I have heard about the enforcement team is pretty much the exact opposite of what you've said.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
