    Enforcment


    The first thing I notice that my account has been hacked was an email saying that I had enforcements on the account and knowing I moved house on the 7th March and my Wi-Fi doesn't go on till April. It was my first concern to get some support and as a result
    I have changed the password and put a phone number verification.

    My friend hacked my account and asked for a case review and put some very bad things in the text and changed my password and i have been banned for something that i didnt do. i would like to have this banned lifted because i havent done anything wrong. i

    If you suspect your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Then you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
