so xbox enforcment team band me twice in one day for no reason i only play fifa 18 single player and fut champs i dont message people either and when i appealed it they upheld it and it all bots that reply as there no person to get
in contact so ive tried but all i get told is go to forums wich they dont reply to n

As onyxishere mentioned. It's not possible to change the Gamertag for free after it was force changed due to violations of the Terms of Service/ Code of Conduct. Previously there was an option, but this was prone to abuse so it's no longer allowed. For more

Enforcment team

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account.

Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.

Simple no?.

There is no stature of limitations

Once they investigate they may find other violations during the investigations and you serve one at a time

 

broo dont waste ur time with this company no more im puting this message all over facebook twitter instagram and everything else.

stay away form xbox live and microsoft they bunch of clowns artists just move to pc or ps4 thats what im doin with my friends.

XBox used to be a verry nice machine with verry competitive skill groupe players.

Now xbox and xbox live is a pure joke they robbing us our member ship of 60$ a year witch i already canceled mine and they wrongfully ban us .

they gonna shut down if everythone out there with xbox move to ps4 the comunity has to do it together they feed off US the customers already sony ps4 is beating them in sales and everything and we like idiots are still suporting xbox and giving money to
them and pay theirs jobs.

i got banned 4 times in the year wrongfully and they dont care plus there is no way to contact that departametn to see with them exactly wats goin on.

Called it a real joke as a company.

Everything is investigated by a person,nothing is done by "bots" which is why you don get banned/suspended for no reason.
