    I've had this profile for years around 2010-2012 creation date and have bought 500$+ worth of microsoft game digital without games i bought in cases i've gotten banned 6 and half months ago for Disciplinary Action Cheating and its a perma banned i have never
    done anything wrong nor the one doing any of this in the first place i would like to get my profile back ive had a great time on it bought alot of games and memories with the profile and alot of friends that i can never get back i have not logged into the
    account for over a year i mainly played xbox360 on it and never had any issues with my account ive always helped ppl out with any xbox related issue at one point and time i was on the Enforcement united website applied for ambassador and was one for years
    and reached a high lvl medals and was very active in helping ppl out and one day i got perma banned and i never done anything to deserve it and everything is lost i'd like to please get my account back i've always been a loyal xbox customer ive bought gold
    on that account for years and enjoyed my time please help me relive it and enjoy the rest of xbox360 gaming experience i will be awaiting a response thanks for hearing me out.

    Question about communication bans

    Enforcement says multiple account suspensions will lead to a perma ban. What about multiple communication bans, or game dvr enforcments. Will having Multiple of communication suspensions (of equal severity) lead to a perma account
    or comm ban? Is it automatically after X amount of suspensions no matter time between enforcements, or is time considered? If I get a suspension once every 6 months or yearly, will I eventually be perma banned due to having too many enforcment actions on my
    account?

    Hi,

    The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban

    Quitting would never result in a perma-ban. If that was the case, every one of us would be banned from games just because of server problems. You can only be perma-banned for in game conduct, obscene profiles or cheating.

    OP count your blessings, you should have been just Perma-Banned outright.

    This is one point of the XBL Service that I highly disagree with. Cheaters who mod the Gamescore are no different then someone who mods their Avatar, it's both modified Profile Content (serve violation of the ToU). The Gamescore is Reset but the Avatar is a
    Perma-Ban. Both should be Perma-Banned imo.
