hello. i just got back from a 3 month shipment in the navy and i returned to my family's house today and got on my xbox to play some of the new cod remastered with a navy buddy of mine. and i had suspensions on my accounts. making me unable to be in a party
chat with my friend. i went to go file a case review. and ended up missing a question on the questionare about gamertags. i would like to see if i can submit my case review cause i ship back out for another 3 months on new years and id really like the chance
to try and be able to talk to my buds before then.

Gamertag force changed depriving me of identity with no customer support to help with issue

I have contacted Xbox via the online support chat multiple times in regards to my gamertag being forcefully changed by the enforcment team. All the agents have promised me a reaponce to my issue yet I have not recieved any emails in regards to my issue.
This has spanned over 1 week.

I then resorted to calling the accounts and billing team as I had an account issue. I was adviced there was nothing they could do as tue enforcment team had locked them out of the account. Upon finding this information i requested to speak to the enforcment
team. I was told there was no enforcment team agents avaialabe as they were an offline team.

Now, i have had this xbox account for over 5 years spanning accross multiple xbox platforms. I have now got a custome service isaue and i am told that there is no one who I can speak to directly to help me with my issue. I was adviced to post my issue on
here. Another online system that I do not have faith in to respond to me as the other systems have failed me previously.

I want a fair solution to a forced name change. I appealed the enforcment and it was upheld. I have no issue with this however after 5 years of the account not beeing deemed offensive I feel I am entitled to choose my own Xbox identity after this has been
actioned without having to use my own xbox reward points or my own personal money.

Enforcment

My friend hacked my account and asked for a case review and put some very bad things in the text and changed my password and i have been banned for something that i didnt do. i would like to have this banned lifted because i havent done anything wrong. i
have him on recording saying he did it. His gamertag is Darkshadowman72. Thank you.

If you've been away from your Xbox and you find that your account has been suspended, it can only be deduced that whoever else had access to your Xbox while you were gone had gotten your account banned (for whatever reason was listed in the Enforcement website).

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about a ban or suspension, especially around here on the forums (the Enforcement team doesn't post or read here). You are responsible for whatever happens on your account, especially if someone else has been using
it and causing trouble.

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET when a suspension is decided. In your case you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld so all you can do now is read the Code of Conduct and wait out your suspension.

This is what I want unless you guys can give real information pertaining to our problem, you ambassadors shouldnt comment, we are looking for real enforcement fixes and not the same answers you guys give. What I dont understand is that someone sees that
this is a major issue atm, and they are showing lack of care gor customers.

So any enforcement member ypu need to look at all our accounts and unlock the avoid bs. Ban peoples chat not their ability to play thats not what you do to paying customers.
