ENFORCMENT IS CLEAR, BUT STILL ACCOUNT BANNED

on the site Enforcment dont let me open any complaint so I was told by the xbox support to write here:

The day 3/06/2017 I received a ban on my own account, GamerTag :

It appeared on ENFORCMENT that would have expired in two weeks, on the date
17/06/2017 around 8 am

5 days have passed and i still can not join xbox partys.

on Enforcment hystory there's nothing, my recent actions are all closed. Looks all clear and good, but still can't comunicate.

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

There seems to be a few people having the same issue from what I've seen on the forums. Dealing with it myself. Someone is definitely not doing their job. Typical non existent customer service from the Enforcement Team.

As mentioned in one of your previous threads, there is an issue with the site that is not showing current suspensions. You'll have to wait for that to update.

to double check your ban has ended you can check on your enforcement/suspension history

here.

If that looks all clear then please post a new thread in the enforcement forum here and a member of the enforcement team will be able to check your account for you. If they give you the all clear and you still have a problem then it may be something completely
different and not related to the ban in which case please post back here for additional support.

Enforcement is a joke. They suspend and banned people who speak for the right to tell others to play nice, but cheaters still kept playing while we as good gamers getting banned and suspend.. Guess they enjoy eating too much donuts and drinking coffees>

They put an enforcement onto my account for communication, whats funny... i only text,, i don't use mic... its funny how they block our right of speech... Its clear Enforcement supports cheaters...

Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it.

If that does not clear the issue, contact official support to see if you have had the ban extended. It's possible that it may not be viewable on the enforcement site. support.xbox.com/contact-us

ya it says I don't have a ban anymore. And I removed the account and still says I can't talk. Who do I contact since xbox support doesn't have anything to do with the enforcement team.
