Enforcment history

I recently got a xbox ban enforcment idk what for as everytime I go to my Enforcment history it's not showing me the reasons idk if this changed or what but this is a issue that needs to be fixed further more I cant acess text voice or looking for groups.
I assume it was under the act of solicitation however I find it very dumb I cant commission people to upload mods via looking for group and in return for mod uploads for fallout 4 a reason to be ban when its clearly a game ment to be modded the fact I can't
set up a request and nobody is expected to do anything for free is really dumb when you dont apply common sense but that's just me. As per for the reason I'm posting is there anyone else experience the issue I am via the enforcment info not showing up or is
this just me I'd like to know how long my ban is. It wont even give me the option to click where the hand shake icon should be and I know I'm signed into my xbox account. If anyone from the xbox team is reading this please let me know what the technical issue
is and how long I have on my suspension.

Hello!

I believe the original poster is referring to the fact when you go to the enforcement history page, it just redirects to the main enforcement page. I know previously, even if you had no action on your account, it would load up a page stating so. When I
click on history, mine just pops right back to the original page. Hopefully one of the Microsoft Agents can forward this bug to the appropriate party, if not reporting the bug to Xbox customer service might help. Just make sure they are aware of the fact
you're not trying to dispute your enforcement with them, just report that the actual website isn't functioning correctly.

It says we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again later. So I cant see my enforcment punishment. So what does that mean cause this has been on going for the past week so far. Or if someone could just tell me how long I have I would apreciate
that more.

You can't see it

And it not necessarily have.been you

If you want to file a review you just need to click the hammer on the main page here. As for the history I have reported that bug myself.

If you can not click that hammer that means you are not allowed to file for a case review.
