Dear Enforcement for my recent behavior on September 10th 2017 It is come to my attention that i have been Banned from Communications, which is understandable i know what i have done wrong and i apologize for my inappropriate behavior. And after being banned
from communications i have been playing mine craft,NBA live demo, Call of duty modern warfare remastered and call of duty black ops 2 by myself recently. On this day September 12th, 2017 when I was at the trainer doing my workouts after my surgery because
I have recently torn my ACL practicing for Varsity football as a freshman you already snow. at 12:59 PM ET I got an Message from xbox saying i was banned again. the reasoning for Harassment and verbal abuse. What im confused about is how i can be banned for
verbal abuse and harassment when I cannot communicate with anybody, what even confuses me is that there is also no proof of me doing this, when I have been playing by myself and i cant even bother anybody or harass. I cant even play games now this is really
sad because what am i supposed to do now? you can keep me banned for communications but i thinks its wrong to ban me from playing multiplayer games when there is no evidence at all i hope that you can overturn this punishment because i really enjoy playing
your system and your online services. thank you so much for reading this, thank you again for being the best online service for gaming

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

No one but an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions issued by the enforcement team and they do not use the forums.

If you believe your suspension is in error, you can submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com, otherwise you will have to wait it out.

Keep in mind the second suspension could have been for a separate incident that occurred before the first suspension was issued as suspensions are only issued after an reported incident investigation is completed.
