    Enforcement


    Hi,my main account received 2 enforcements:1)23/08/17 until 06/09/2017(Communication) 2)24/08/2017 until 07/09/2017(HarassmentAbusesAndThreats) ,to be honest I never threaten someone --'.Boths ended up and I can play online games again but its impossible
    to send messages or join a party.I tried to send messages with two different accounts and its not working.Does that mean my xbox is banned from xbox live ? I have no idea whats happen.Do you think ,my issue will be solved soon ?I tried all basic soluce,nothing
    changed. I need answers as quick as possible !

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    I will bet large sums of money you have a 100 day console communications ban (welcome to the club, I have one too). I got the same as you for the exact same offenses. Got.to your email linked wth the account, probsbly a Hotmail one and you get the awesome
    alert that they hate you ad think you're toxic.

    Submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to contact the enforcement team. You can contact support and they can tell you how long your ban is, but they do not have any other information
    regarding suspensions/bans. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    The enforcement team took into account you got 2 bans really quickly and if you had any previous bans they use it as evidence that you are worthy of the most harsh non permanent enforcement; is the best explanation I've reasoned for myself because as I stated,
    I'm currently on about day 65 of 100 day social ban.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
