    I have had Xbox since the begining of time was a original Xbox live beta tester before it went public and then the 360 and now the one. Can't wait until new Xbox is released in November . Come home to find out I have a communication ban? After spending near
    $5000 in games and consoles this is crazy. I'm just a very good gamer and my daughters are to and she is a level 177 in rainbow 6 and you should hear what I've heard people say as she goes on a kill run. This is absolutely crazy and if jealous people can cause
    this? I'm not sure I'll be sticking more money into Xbox . I might go to PlayStation . If I don't like what people are saying there is a mute button. Though my family plays with good attitude and I've never heard them do anything near worth a ban? Also there's
    nobody to call or contact or they don't eve no give you a clear reason? Very fishy

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    also I've tried to click the button to appeal my case and it doesn't work? I have over 400 Xbox games I'm not going to stick more money into Xbox if jealous gamers can cause this because I read where after a few they can ban your account. A account I've
    built the gamer score up on for 14 years as it says on my profile and never had a problem and now I'm suspended from communications and there's no one I can call and see why or be explained to? The definition they give you is vague? Xbox seriously better fix
    this or they will lose probably the best gamer on Xbox live to PlayStation . An to think I'm the guy that tells PlayStation people there nuts buy a Xbox?

    All the explanation. You need can be found on the terms of use

    You have to keep it clean it is that simple

    Game play has no bearing on communications suspensions

    Nor will they ever repeat what was said as its a privacy issue and they are held to the same rules as we all are

    You are just going to have to ask your daughter

    Communications suspensions will only mention what part of the rules she broke and if you are having issues with the enforcement page them use a different browser anything but chrome

    And clear cookies and browser cache

    Wouldn't it be cheaper for you to find out exactly what she said and correct it?

    There is no number you can call on any service as it would be useless

    Spammers would.just keep.robodialing or emails and noone would ever gets thru

    Hence why all gaming services and online services use moderated methods of contact for enforcement and the same question is only asked once not 5-10x can I get unbanned etc etc

    nah I'm not actually trying to get unbanned . More just baffled that Xbox would have such horrible service or can't even see how this is legal for something you pay for. I play 24/7 and the stuff I've heard over the yrs heck that's why they put a mute button.
    Society over the yrs has turned for bad as a whole. Playing adult games and this is crazy. You can try to justify it but there's no chance

    yes the PlayStation network has the coc as Xbox but search online and they never have these lame issues Xbox has with it.

    Yes they do enforce suspensions and. No the rating of a game has no bearing on who can play

    Or.harrassment is allowed

    Ratings only reflect who can buy

    Dispite what you think

    It is.perfectlly legal for a service to suspend you for violations of thenetwork rules

    Just like you have full authority to throw anyone who break your home rules out

    In paying you agree to the rules

    Just like driving on a highway just because you paid for a license or bought a car doesn't mean you can break the rules

    And yes this is a law

    It's called private authority

    And is a protected right

    Freedom of speech doesn't allow you to harass or impede anyone's peace of.mind

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
    information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
    HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
    Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
