    Enforcement


    Im able to sign in and play any xbox game on live. how ever im un able to talk/private chat/ or send messages. Says "try something else to do, because of your recent behavior you are not able to send messages" i served a day ban on 6/6/17 @ 2:17 pm til the
    next. ive talked to multiple xbox support representatives and they tell me its under the enforcement teams hands. it is now July 25th 2017, and i still have this issue, i have tried removing the profiles and re downloading them, clearing cashe on the console
    and network settings, ive tried creating a silver account and messaging and still nothing and finally hard reset the xbox still nothing.... please help.. much appreciated

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    I'd check if you still have another active communication suspension by logging on to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com.

    Go to your Enforcement history (click the orange hammer), review the suspensions, and submit a case review (if eligible).

    just says 6/6/17 and no end date, how ever on 6/6 i read that it would be lifted on the 21st. i checked on the 23rd and was not able to play any games or communicate. i talked to xbox support they were able to get me playing online again but still no chat
    msgs or in game chat working so these last two days have been searching for answers

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
    in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently.
    It's possible the suspension on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead.

    here is what they tell me and i quote " i know the issue you are having, and yes it is somthing on our side. our higher ups are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it. i wasnt able to call back the tnumber i hjave is just a busy signal... the issue
    will be fixed hopefully sooner then later". its been almost a month now.. plz fix this

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
