    is there a way to find out why your account is suspended? Like specific text? I got banned on 1st of june for 2 weeks...when ban was finished could'nt communicate but got back in multiplayer. Allthouch wasn't able to communicate. Then 1 week after end of
    ban got another ban for 2 weeks out of nowhere. As far as I am concerned the whole ban enforcement system is pure garbage but that's beside the point of difficult knowing exactly why you were banned if no explanation or quote is given. It's like if we jailed
    criminals without telling them what they did wrong, would be useless. I know I have called few welfare crack addicts on world of tanks useless and such but right now seems like I got banned twice for same offense. Any explanations available.? What is this
    hidden unaccountable gaming supreme court?

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Each suspension will have been made based on separate complaints received by the Xbox Enforcement team.

    You can review any enforcement actions and if eligible request a case review from the
    Xbox Enforcement web site.

    hey man,

    I know all of this, your not really answering my quextion. Im curious, do you get paid by the post you answer? Cause reall your answer has nothing to do with what i'm asking. I would like to know WHY I was banned with proof because I got banned twice for
    2 weeks in a row. I just would like to see WHY I was banned. Not just "communication" or " harassement".

    They are held accountable to the same rules that is what you aren't getting

    They will never reveal or give you any information that violates the others person's privacy or repeat violations of the t Erma of use

    It's quite simple be human 99.9% of live can go without enforcement why can't you

    System works is really none considerate of

    Any customer service at all and just treats its

    Gamers like garbage. It's kind of like a dictatorship

    Where you cant be heard even less be

    Explained. Pure garbage!

    But you gotta remember private authority comes to play

    You may not infringe on the right of other players

    Hence why you got suspended

    And no freedom of speech you just quoted doesn't apply if you read the actual freedom of speech youd understand why

    And yes this is enforced by the supreme Court

    Makes me wonder why people quote the freedom of speech without reading it first or understanding it

    Noone can impede public forums

    A person's home or a private non government network is not a public forum

    Their rules and their network it's not rocket science

    Second it comes into play even in real life you say something bad at work or someone's home they actually have the right to throw you out

    So oh wiser one where does freedom of speech trump others right?

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent
    by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened. One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact
    is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    To answer your question, you'd need to open a case review to speak with the enforcement teams about any specific details. No one on the forums or the Live Chat/Phone teams will be able to provide any specific information on enforcement actions. It's always
    a good idea to follow the Code of Conduct and Microsoft Services Agreement while playing on Xbox Live. As long as you follow that, you'll never have to worry about any enforcement actions.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
