Do you people actually read the comments before you take action on someone reporting a comment or so on? Do the people on the enforcement team speak English? I have never used profanity on Xbox live ever and yet I get notifications from Xbox saying, banned
for use of profanity... here is the message I see all the time. "Activity Detail :- An activity feed item or comment created by this account was found to be inappropriate. This content may include harassment, profanity, sexual topics, hate speech, controversial
religious topics, references to notorious people or organizations, sensitive current or historical events, or any content designed to sound like, look like, reference, or allude to these topics. The offending activity feed item or comment was removed". Because
of the abuse on the "report someone tab" I'll never spend a dime on Xbox related things ever again. May want to take a look at your enforcement team and how they handle issues before you end up with a lawsuit on your hands. I have screenshots of all my comments

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

It's not necessarily profanity as to why you get the notifications. It just has to be something that violates the code of conduct. The message you posted doesn't list just profanity.

 

I know what comment it was, when the Xbox live enforcement team takes action on a comment it will simply say "this comment has been removed"

It is easy to keep track when you rarely comment on anything. I'm not trying to be rude but I think you're missing the point of my post, it is easy to keep track when you rarely comment on anything. I'm not trying to be rude but I think you're missing the
point of my post, I think people abuse the report function on Xbox live and I believe that the enforcement team does not properly do the research before taking action. Basically I am calling out Microsoft, if you read the Xbox live code of conduct rules,
in a roundabout way you're not to comment on anything, why? Because any sentence you leave on someone's post can be taken anyway and I believe that is just Xbox protecting their backside. The end result is you are reported they take action and there is absolutely
nothing you can do to defend yourself. It's wrong in every way.

 

You realize that saying something like "do the people on the enforcement team speak English?" doesn't help you at all. You claim to have never said anything bad but in your initial post you are borderline stereotyping people you don't even know. If people
abuse the report system and they are reporting something that isn't bad, they are the one's who get in trouble for false accusations.

 

I'm not stereotyping anyone, I know my comments as they are few, I've never used profanity neither. So with that being said, I'm calling out Xbox live for conducting business in a fashion that in the real world is illegal. My intention with this post is
so they'll get the message, not so people can come on here and make assumptions about what's going on and pretending to even have a clue about what I've been through with Xbox.

so you're telling me if your account is suspended for an unknown reason I.E profanity, you're going to just roll with the punches?? Are you for real? If so than why do you even play on Xbox? You sir have no real explanation hence the fact your comments are
at random with no logic whatsoever.
