Enforcement?

yeah how do i contact the support team for enforcement, I believe my account was wrongfully suspended and want an answer now since I pay for your service and it's been revoked for what they say with zero proof of actions is in violation of their terms of
service. If you don't have a clue what was said in a private message but get one message from there not the conversation leading to said message then how do you know I was in violation. So I would like to get my problem resolved before I actually serve the
penalty and then you say I was right and sorry for the suspension. What your saying is then no matter what I pay the price for breaking the rules that. I didn't break to begin with. And that's in violation of my consumer protection laws. So I'm saying I can't
pay for a service and have that service revoked for doing nothing wrong as far as your terms. But then again I'm sure you all will never admit wrong doing. An for anyone reading this the suspension came from a message, I was playing smite, and during game
a guy messages me are you blind. I didn't reply. Then messages me I should die and I [MOD Removed - Please see

Forum Guidelines] which I then replied it's not my job to hold your lane I'm mid lane. He then sent me 2 more messages complaining how bad I suck and I should not play smite along with some more profanity in which I replied quit b ing it's not
my fault if you are trash. Then after that message he sends me reported then smiley faces. According to terms of service I can only be banned for private messages if deemed offensive. Which I challenge how can it be offensive if first he was harassing then
sending profanity first that's like me saying I like money then get offended by you trying to give me more money it doesn't make sense

Is there anyway I can get my account back?

They conduct the thorough review before issuing the Permi ban that's for.last resorts

Its done by multiple teams

Not just one person

You can look at your enforcementn history on the same site

If you have multiple enforcement actions those can lead to a ban especially if it was hate etc eyc

And no if they denied you there is no other choice

You should read the terms of use

There is a bit of information about the enforcement team there along with the enforcement dite

If you want something else you do need to read the terms of use

Before you proceed

Keep in mind they will present all evidence in case so it's best to change your behaviour

 

Need to speak with enforcement team

The enforcement team will not filter any post of mine. I am following post guidelines.

I've posted asking how I so suddenly got this avoid me and how I fix my rep when I can't get into games to play with others to fix it ?

And I was suspended for violating terms when I was offline and not able to play. Ya they investigate so well ...

Maybe a guy with daft as a first name shouldn't comment. Because your comments are daft and Xbox enforcementt ram is proofing you very wrong .

I know how to review the case but its been 4 days with little reply with mostly automated messages or what the seem to be auto anyways so that's the only way to get an answer what kind of service is that. I pay for this service and can be revoked at anytime
for any reason with zero proof that's in violation of laws to just up and take something's pay for with what they call harassment in the code of conduct, well sorry but I didn't harass anyone nor did I offend this user because you can't message me hey ****
but not g rated the me send the same message back and be reported for saying **** I mean really that's abuse of the reporting system and since I'm serving the time of the suspension I'm being penalized for using same words that where used against me first
and somehow get suspended that's a joke.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions
are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code
of Conduct or Microsoft Services Agreement has happened, both of which are agreed upon at the time of starting the Microsoft Account.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you've already filed a review, there is nothing else that can be done, but wait for the enforcement teams to reinvestigate. Keep an eye on your email for communication from them and feel free to post a new thread if you have any other support questions!
