    I have a serious issue with how Microsoft handles rule enforcement. Let me be clear I'm not talking about the fact that they hand out bans for what many view to be small or stupid reasons. My issue with it is how they can't be contacted in anyway outside
    of case review. Once you even do one you can't submit a second one so even if you do then a problem occurs after the fact your screwed. All it takes is one look at these forums to see that many times a case review doesn't even appear as a option. Support can't
    contact them for you either. They also don't check the forums. To go even further their are very clear problems with the system that automatically unbans you. A simple 24 hour communication ban for that one time you rage seems to have a 50/50 chance of lasting
    anything from an additional few days to potentially like a month. All posting about ever does is get some staff member posting the same link wit no idea how to help. This is unacceptable and possibly one of the most frustrating things to deal with as a xbox
    owner.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    because you don't get it doesn't mean it doesn't work

    One a phones call or underrated chat is useless

    It would be spammed and you'd never get thru and they'd be too busy answering the phones rather then enforcing the rules

    2nd the reason why you only have one chance is because they already investigated it multiple times you should only have to explain it once that's it

    There is no justification for any violation of the terms of use

    Even a fight you must abide by the rules regardless who starts it

    24hours is no cause reviewablr for a reason

    It takes up to 24-48 hours before they get back to you

    You would know this if you had read the suspension MSG and the link they provided

    Also in the suspension MSG and enforcement.xbox.com is a all the info you need

    Since most of your myths is dispelled quite clearly

    One there is no automatic bans

    They are actually investigated

    And 2nd and most important which most people who post don't get is

    It doesn't matter who starts the fight you MUST abide by the rules

    3rd it takes time to investigate meaning multiple violations could've occurring just weeks ago or months

    As it is actually sent thru multiple teams before being issued

    And evidence has to be gathered

    it's not 50/50 unless you have a valid reason for violations the terms of use there is no ifs or buts aboutnit

    Cursing is never valid No matter who starts the fight

    And multiple violations stack meaning you have to serve the previous suspension and then other ones are issued after meaning it doesn't matter if you are careful after an communication suspension it could've been from weeks ago and the suspension wasn't
    added till then

    The best way to play online is to live life and play fair it is that simple

    AAnd no I was talking with friends isn't a valid excused for cursing or trash talking

    Nor is joking around is a excuse

    Something like oh I didn't mean it in that way (nope not a valid excuse)

    And yes the it is a universal set of rules it's their rule and their property

    Also should be noted that it is actually universal how they handle it

    You may only ask once even on psn or steam or any service and yes it is moderated forums for all of them

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
