    My account has had enforcement placed upon it for a video that was supposedly against the terms of use. Or the way I'm taking it as sexual content, hate speech, etc. I posted part of an amv. Which included nothing of the likes, still have the video for
    anyone who needs to see it. But it's saying I have had a permanent effect put on my profile to where I can't sign in. Over part of an anime which included nothing wrong. It has knights and stuff fighting. What is this is for honor against the rules as well.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Hey Alan!

    If you have nothing available for a case review, it sounds like your clip was removed and no further action was taken. You can check to see if your account is suspended on the
    Xbox Live Enforcement site. That said, I'd appreciate a bit of clarification here.

    Are you able to sign into your Xbox Live account on your console at all? If not, what happens when you try to sign in? Do you get an error message or code of some sort? If so, can you provide that to us? That will help us narrow down the issue.

    Lastly, do note that videos and/or screenshots uploaded that are not taken from Xbox game DVR may be removed by the Enforcement team.

    IIf you have copyrighted Music in the music video you aren't allowed to include it unless have permission in which case a copyright holder can have it removed

    It's part of posting even YouTube has the same policy

    @ngocohi true, I haven't thought about it however all credits were given. And @missbijoux I can still get on but I do not believe I can upload. with that being said many others do the same thing in this club and only mine had enforcement upon it.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
